Leicester Probashi founded the Ananda Utsav event, which is held every summer with the desire to share our wonderful Bengali culture with music, dance and drama performances. Ranging from traditional Rabindranath Tagore’s poetry and songs, to folk music to modern Bengali hits and even some original plays, this celebration of Bengali culture is open to all ages. The day is filled with performances, food and provides a great way to meet new people.
